Park Policies

COVID-19 Protocols

Please note the following changes to our operations for the safety of our staff and guests:

Face masks are REQUIRED upon entry into the park and DURING INTERACTIONS with Preserve staff.
A maximum of 2 guests will be allowed in the Gift Shop at one time.
Social distancing must be observed if there are other guests in the immediate vicinity.
Hand sanitizers are available at the Welcome Center and can be used as often as needed.
Cashless transactions are encouraged.

Note: Special events and other programming are not offered at this time.

GENERAL PARK POLICIES

Stay on the paths and trails.
Collection of plants, flowers and leaves is prohibited.
Do not handle wildlife.
Bicycles are not permitted beyond the Welcome Centre.
No smoking on the site!
Service animals are permitted. Please speak with a staff member regarding other animals or pets.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM

Visitors are encouraged to take photos and video for personal use.
Visitors must seek permission to fly drones or any other aerial device.
Sale and/or commercial use of photos is prohibited without permission from the Preserve.
