On April 12-14, U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Lisa Johnson made an official trip to Eleuthera to meet with strategic partners and stakeholders on the island. During her stay, Chargé Johnson, along with accompanying U.S. Embassy representatives, was treated to a tour of The Levy Preserve by Manager, Falon Cartwright and Botanist, Dr. Ethan Freid. On the tour, Chargé Johnson expressed her support for the Bahamas National Trust and discussed the status of the Park System and the potential for future expansion as well as educational opportunities of mutual interest.
