Entrance

The distinctive front entrance of the Leon Levy Preserve is an attraction onto itself. The gate was crafted by the very talented Tyrone Ferguson a  local, second generation blacksmith known for his artistic flare. The gates depict the leaves the Five Finger (Tabebiua bahamensis). This leaf has  become the symbol for the Preserve as it is locally used in Bush medicine, or traditional medicine.
